We are moving into this home on May 21st - we would like to get an estimate on refinishing all floors in the upstairs. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 walk in closets, several small closets and a hallway - all about 775 sq ft There is currently carpet in all the areas except one bedroom which has a finished floor. I have pulled up the carpet and floors look good underneath. I would like to have the whole area refinished.

I have a bedroom with 275 sq ft with carpet over concrete, I need a ball-park estimate for hardwood floors. Not sure about the wood, please give me a range from an intermediate to a high-quality wood.
